Delete Your MyanmarThai Account

You are not signed in. Sign in on the home page to delete your account instantly, or use the request method below.

• Your MyanmarThai account (sign-in record) and profile data (name, email).
• Your quiz results and scores stored on our servers.
• Your onboarding responses (level and topic choices).
• Any role assignments linked to your account.

Data stored only on your device — learning progress, personal vocabulary in "My Categories", and personal word images — is not on our servers. Clear it by signing out and clearing the app's storage or your browser's site data.

• Your Google account. MyanmarThai cannot and does not delete or change your Google account. Deleting your MyanmarThai account only removes access here.
• Shared vocabulary, categories, and word images that an admin or editor published for all learners. This is app content, not personal data, and remains available.
• Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics in Google Analytics that are not linked to your account identity.

Account and learning data are deleted immediately when you confirm deletion. Messages you previously sent through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and are removed on request. Routine backups and server logs may still contain records for up to 30 days before they expire automatically; nothing is restored from them into the live service.

Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account through our contact page or by email to besharoe1@gmail.com, with the subject "Delete my MyanmarThai account".

Requests handled this way are processed manually. We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, normally within 7 days, and confirm by email once it is done.
